The communal areas were great for meeting new people and the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was ideal, close to key tourist attractions and public transportation. the room was clean and the Wi-Fi was great.

The lighting in the room was dim and there was only one window, making it feel dark and stuffy. the air conditioning was only turned on in the evenings, leaving the room hot during the day.
